Faye Elizabeth Pesci

Faye Elizabeth Rumbaugh Pesci “Baughchi”, 91, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away on Wednesday, June 18, 2025. She was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on April 30,1934 to the late Everett D. and Mae E. Dunmire Rumbaugh and has been a resident of Phoenix since moving from Edmon, Pennsylvania in 1966 for her health.

Faye was blessed with God-given talents in poetry, painting and music. She also had a love for reading, creating beautiful gardens and cooking for those she loved. She found joy in sharing her stories and writing about her family in calligraphy in her “Good Morning Lord” journals. Her singing, humming and laughter filled every room, leaving lasting memories with all who knew her.

She is survived by her daughters Cynthia Osborne and Janet Shields of Phoenix; grandchildren Jessica Shields, Jennifer Shields, John Osborne IV of Phoenix and Ashley O’Hagan (Jeffrey) of Novato, California; 3 great-grandchildren Ryan, Marley Faye and Daren O’Hagan (Isabella); and 2 great-great grandchildren Blakely and Tatum O’Hagan. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Leo Pesci.
