A native of Arizona, Frances was born on February 23, 1926 in Feldman, Arizona on the PZ Ranch. She was a member of the Second Church of Christ Scientist of Phoenix, Arizona. She worked as a secretary in her family's tire business.
Frances was preceded in death by her husband, Jay Cordova.
She is survived by her daughter, Dian Cordova and her son, Ron Cordova.
A Committal Service will be held at Greenwood Memory Lawn Cemetery, 719 N 27th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85009, on April 17, 2026, beginning at 10:30 am.
