Frances T. Spychalski

Frances T. Spychalski, (née Tegowski) 96, beloved wife of Henry (deceased), daughter of Antoni and Justina Tegowski (Bochaterewicz) loving mother of Cindy Binkowski (Richard), devoted grandmother of Joseph Capek (deceased), Daniel Capek, Mark Capek and Christy Lambert, great-grandmother of Aiden Capek, Emily Capek, Gracie Capek, and Cynthia Lambert. Sister of Esther Shinske and the following deceased siblings: Joseph, Estelle, Frank, Ralph, Raymond, and Richard.

Frances was born in Cleveland, Ohio, moved to Phoenix in 1972 and then spent the past five years of her life living at Solterra Senior Living in the White Mountains of Arizona. The family would like to thank the staff at Solterra for the loving and compassionate care given to Frances. She was a loyal member of the Casimir Pulaski Club of Phoenix for the past 50 years serving in various leadership positions. She had a strong spiritual relationship with the Lord and for many years attended St. Helen’s Catholic Church in Glendale, Arizona. She loved Polish music, singing, dancing and reading biographies.
