Frank Anthony “Chino” Cabecera, 23, of Phoenix, Arizona passed away on November 12, 2018. He was born on August 22, 1995 in Arizona, the son of Frank Cabacera and Elisa Olivarez. Chino attended Cesar Chavez High School, where he graduated in May of 2013. While growing up in south Phoenix, Chino developed a passion for skateboarding. A roofer by trade, Chino was employed at Progressive roofing.

Chino is survived by his parents Frank Cabecera and Elisa Olivarez, sisters Delilah Cabacera and Destiny Cabecera. He also leaves his paternal grandparents, Tony and Becky Cabecera and maternal grandmother, Petra Sesmas. He also leaves behind his girlfriend of many years Priscilla Urias, as well as his aunts Crystal and Brianna Cabecera, uncle Timothy Cabecera, along with many others.

An organ donor and giver of life, Chino will forever be remembered as a gentle, loving, enormous hearted human being, who’s life was cut short.
