Gary John Weissinger

Gary John Weissinger, 75, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away on February 15, 2025. He was born on March 28, 1949, in Menomonie, Wisconsin, Gary built a life filled with love, dedication, and hard work. He spent over 20 years as an electrical contractor and was a proud member of IBEW Local 640 for over 50 years, where he left a lasting impact on colleagues and friends alike.

For 57 wonderful years, Gary was married to the love of his life, Carolyn Weissinger. Together, they created a strong and loving family. He is survived by his children, Wayne and Andrea Weissinger, and Richard and Shannon Weissinger. He was a devoted grandfather to Chase, Madison, Alexandria, Victoria, Garrett, and Jessica, and a cherished great-grandfather to Rilynn, Wyatt, and Hadley.

Gary will be remembered for his integrity, his dedication to his work, and his unwavering commitment to doing what was right. He was always known by a simple, yet profound, guiding principle in life: “Gary always did the right thing.”

His memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
