

Georga Lee Arnold Oates age 80 was born February 22, 1934 to the parents of Maurice and Maurine Arnold in Phoenix AZ. Georga went to be with The Lord while in her Phoenix home among her loving family on August 31, 2014. Georga was raised in Phoenix and graduated from Phoenix Union High School in 1951. She remained in Phoenix where she began raising her family. Georga moved to Show Low in 1971 and later on to Pinetop-Lakeside to spend many years raising kids in the White Mountains. During this time she worked at the ESP Shoppe and managed the first S&H Green Stamp Store co-located at Wilbur's Market Mall. She moved from the White Mountains back to her Phoenix home in 1983. Georga went to work for Maricopa County as an MVD Title Clerk and retired from the State of AZ in 1999. Georga was very proud to be an "Native Arizonian" and member of the family owned Arnold Pickle & Olive Company. She was an accomplished Seamstress, Musician and Gardner. Georga's greatest legacy was her accomplished family which she loved deeply and took great pride. She is survived by 5 children Thomas Edmond Allen Jr., Sharron Genell Dawson, Harry Albert Allen, Hugh Arnold Allen and Scott Skousen Oates, 13 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
