59, of Phoenix, Arizona passed away on Monday, June 18th, 2012. George was born August 27, 1959 in Phoenix, Ariozna. He was survived by his children Renee J. Montoya, George F. Montoya, Kristine P. Montoya and Kristopher P. Montoya and grandchildren. Visitation services will be held Monday, June 25th at Funeraria del Angel Greer Wilson Chapel, 5921 W. Thomas Rd from 5-8 pm. Funeral mass will be Tuesday, June 26th at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 3140 N. 51st Ave at 10am. Followed by burial at Holy Cross Cemetery in Avondale, Arizona.
