Gerald J. Gleason Jr passed away Thursday March 5, 2020 in Phoenix, AZ unexpectedly. He was born August 10, 1950 in Trenton, NJ. He lived most of his life in Akron, Ohio. He was the son of Gerald J. Gleason Sr and Lilian Laurent, who are deceased. We will do a celebration of life at a later date. He was in the Army and the Reserves. He will greatly be missed by his family and friends. He was the brother to Marie Chubb, Roy Chubb who is deceased, Diane Chubb, Robert Chubb, Michael Gleason, James Gleason who is deceased and Timothy Gleason. He was married to Sue Smith and Robin M. McDill and is survived by his life partner Ruth Potraska. He was the father to four adult children Christopher, Kenney Gleason, Bernadette Gleason and Jacqueline Gleason. He has 8 grandchildren.
