Gina Lynn Weed

Gina Weed, 59, passed away in Phoenix, AZ on Saturday September 10th, 2022. She was born the only child to Katie, who passed when Gina was 11, and then lived with her grandmother Geri. She was married to David Weed for 23-years, and they raised four children and three dogs.

Gina was a graduate of Alhambra High School in 1981. She worked for companies in the financial sector for much of her adult life, as well as time in the retail industry, and worked in the Bakery at Safeway just prior to her passing. Gina was an avid Disney fan and collector, her favorite pastimes were going to Disneyland and shopping…even better when done at the same time. She also had a big heart for rescue dogs and loved being around dogs and had them as her close companion for all of her life. Gina also loved spending time with her children, especially when she could watch them performing or playing sports.

Gina is survived by her daughters Kayla and Alissa, her sons Isaiah and Matthew, her dog Jackson; cousins Angela and Adam, and Aunt & Uncle Karlene & Guy. She was preceded in death by her mother Katie and her grandparents Bill & Geri.
