Golda May Posey, 94, passed away at her home in Dewey, Arizona surrounded by her children and loving family. She was a beloved Mom, Grandmother, Great Grandmother and Great-Great Grandmother. Golda came to Arizona in 1922 from Rudy, Arkansas. Golda had 14 children. She was preceded in death by her Husband Earl Posey in 1964; children Cicle, Don, Betty, Allen and 4 brothers and 2 sisters. Golda spent her early years caring for and raising her family into her later years. She never knew a stranger. In Golda’s life she had a heart of Gold. Golda is survived by her children, Bill Posey (Maxine); Wayne Posey; George Posey (Roberta); Kenneth Merrel Posey; Calvin Posey; Dorothy Pettyjohn (Mike), Eddie Posey (Carolyn); Barbara Weglin (Tom); Mickey Posey (Lorie) and Linda Dix. She is also survived by 34 grandchildren, 65 Great Grandchildren and 38 Great-Great Grandchildren. We will miss you Mom. Visitation will be held on Monday, March 25, 2013 from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm, with Funeral Service to be held on Tuesday, March 26, 2013 at the Greenwood Memory Lawn Mortuary Chapel, 719 North 27th Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona 85009
