Grace Anne Youngker, age 91, peacefully passed away on Friday, May 13, 2016. She was born in Des Moines, IA on September 11, 1924 to Ernst and Mary Maguis. Grace married Benjamin F. Youngker, Jr. March 13, 1948 in Carson City, NV. Ben and Grace spent there married years farming and living in the valley of Buckeye, AZ. Grace was an avid outdoors woman, who enjoyed fishing, hunting and shooting trap with her husband and sons. She also enjoyed reading books on many topics. Grace was a long time member of The Community Church of Buckeye. Grace is preceded in death by her oldest sister, Ruthie, parents, oldest grandson, John Jr, and her husband, Ben. She survived by her two sisters, Mary Thompson and Erna Flannery, sons, John and Richard, 5 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, May 18, 2016 at 1pm at The Community Church of Buckeye, 810 E Eason Ave., Buckeye, AZ. In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to Friends of Buckeye Library or Buckeye Valley Fire District.
