Hayward F Simoneaux Jr (December 4, 1933 – May 24, 2019) - Louisiana native, Proud Cajun, Polio Survivor, Catholic, Born in Baton Rouge and long-time resident of New Orleans, LSU Alumni (Go Bayou Bengals!) with a Bachelor Degree in Mortuary Science, Successful entrepreneur and owner of multiple small businesses in LA, TX, and AZ, Honored member of Phoenix BPOE Elks Lodge 335, Avid swimmer and walker, Part-time Santa Claus, Animal lover, World-class master chef of all manner of Cajun, Creole, BBQ, and fried southern comfort foods, Proud family member and resident of Huger Mercy Living Center - Loving son, brother, husband, father and step-father, father-in-law, and grandfather to an extended family that all loved him dearly. Words cannot express the warmth and happiness that Hayward brought to every life he touched. Thank you Hayward. We love you and will never forget you.
