Ida C King, 94, formerly of Phoenix, passed away on April 14, 2012 in Mesa. She was born in Kaysville, Ut on May 7, 1917. She was the youngest of 7 children. She married her high school sweetheart Dale King (deceased) in 1937. Ida, her husband Dale and son Conrad (deceased) moved to Phoenix in 1955. She worked in accounting at Clover Club Foods until about 1970. Ida loved flowers and was known as an avid gardener. She kept an immaculate house and was a doting grandmother. She is survived by her daughter in law Coranne King, 3 grandchildren Matthew (Jodi) King, Barbara (John) Shoemaker, Sandra (Brian) Gillam, and 11 great-grandchildren. Services will be held at 1 pm on April 26, 2012 at Greenwood Memory Lawn 719 N 27th Ave in Phoenix. Visitation will be held 1 hour prior.
