Ida Hendrix , 94, died in Phoenix, Arizona. She was born on June, 29 1917 in Wooten, Kentucky. Ida retired form Mercy Hospital in 1979 then moved to Arizona. She was preceded in Death by her husband Lige Hendix. Ida had 8 children, 3 of which procedded her in death, Trueman Hendrix, Sue Carol Moser and Herman Hendrix. She is survived by her remaining children John (Sue) Hendrix, Fred (Temukisa) Hendrix, Ed (Pauline) Hendrix, Ronald (Tatiana) Hendrix and Richard (Catherine) Hendrix, Daughter-in-Law, Joretta Hendrix, 23 Grandchildren, 35 great grand children and 4 great-great grandchildren. She is also survived by sisters Roxie Wells, Evelyn Begley, and brother John Bailey Jr. and Bob Bailey. A visitation will be held on Monday, August 8, 2011 from 9:00am to 10:00am with a funeral service at 10:00am at Greenwood Memory Lawn Mortuary in Phoenix, Arizona. Another visitation will be held on Monday, August 15, 2011 from 9:00am to 10:00am with funeral service at 10:00am at Ivey Funeral Home in Hamilton, Ohio. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park.
