Ida K. Lester, 88, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away February, 22, 2015. She was born in Mt. Vernon, New York, on February 2, 1927. She was married to Charles J. Lester Sr. for over 30 years. Ida had a career at Montgomery Ward for more than 40 years. She was a life member of the Ladies Auxiliary to the VFW and also a member of the American Legion Auxiliary. She was very devoted to her family. She was preceded in death by her son Charles J. Lester Jr. and is survived by her son Dennis (Elizabeth) L. Lester; grandchildren: Jason P. Lester, Angela (Thomas) L. Rapko, Rosemary A. Lester, Susanna M. Lester; 2 great grandchildren and brother James (Jean) Uzzanti.
