"Bella" became one of Gods youngest angels Tuesday, April 21, 2015. She was born November 4th, 2014. Isabella was a beautiful baby girl that was taken away from us way too soon. She is survived by her mother, Vanessa Chavez, father, Julian Carrillo, sister, Cassandra Chavez and brothers Nicholas and Jayden Chavez. You will forever be in our hearts baby girl. Visitation will be held at Funeraria Del Angel Greer Wilson 5921 W. Thomas Rd. Phoenix, AZ 85033 Tuesday, May 12th from 10-11:50 am. Funeral Service will start at 11:50 am followed by burial at St Francis Cemetery 2033 N. 48th St. Phoenix, AZ 85008 at 1:30pm.
