Jacob A. Froese, 92, of Glendale, Arizona, passed away on July 22, 2012. A public visitation will be held from 6 – 8pm on Wednesday, July 25, 2012 at Phoenix Memorial Park & Mortuary 200 W. Beardsley Rd. Phoenix, AZ. A memorial service will be held at 6:30pm on Thursday, July 26, 2012 at Sunnyslope Mennonite Church 9835 N. 7th Street Phoenix, AZ.
