James (Jim) Robert Caudle III, from Peoria, Arizona, passed away peacefully on October 13, 2026, he was 83 years old. He was born on May 20,1943 to Muretos and Marie Caudle in San Francisco, California. In 1950, Jim’s family moved to Phoenix, Arizona and it was there that he met his wife, Dixie, while both attending Washington High School. They were married on March 18, 1966, while Jim was in the Army, and shared 63 years of marriage. Together, they were blessed with one son, Steven. Jim later retired from the Phoenix Transit System. He found enjoyment in NASCAR racing, train rides, motorcycles, and cruises—simple pleasures that reflected his appreciation for both adventure and time well spent with those he loved. He will be remembered with gratitude and affection by all who had the privilege to know him. Jim is survived by his wife, Dixie, his son, Steven, and daughter-in-law, Lisa.
