James B. Cowart, 71 of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away on December 14, 2013. He is survived by his wife Judi. Also surviving him are his mother Bonnie Kuhn, sons William (Tammy) and James (Gini), and 2 grandchildren. He retired from Quest Communications in 1992 after 33 years of service.
