He is survived by his wife Carolyn, his son James Alfred Mooney, daughters Brenda Erickson and Patricia Farkas, and stepdaughter Brenda Dowhan.
He is also survived by two sisters, Aline Moore and Betty Birky. He has many grandchildren and great grandchildren who felt a deep loss at his passing as well.
He will be missed by a host of friends and extended family.
A Visitation will be held in his honor at Advantage Maryvale Chapel from 5-8 PM on Tuesday July 2, 2013. Advantage Maryvale Chapel is located at 6901 W. Indian School Rd. Phoenix, AZ 85033. A 10 AM Funeral Service will be held in the Reverend's honor on Wednesday July 3, 2013 at Fountain of Life Church located at 1055 E. Hearn Rd. Phoenix, AZ 85022.
