Janet Carol Perkins passed away peacefully on November 22, 2021. Jan was born in Burlington, Iowa on December 21, 1933. Jan was the daughter of Ellen Francis Maxwell (McKeon) and Calvin Charles Maxwell. She was preceded in death by her husband Dean; they were married for over 59 years, sister Diana, brother Charles and granddaughter Hannah Rose. Jan is survived by her sons, Arnie, Joe and his wife Debbie, and Tom and his wife Martha, three grandchildren Steve, Alissa and her husband Michael, Andrew and his husband Tony and six great grandchildren, Mercy, Meryssa, Mylee, Seth. Sawyer and Rhett. Wife, mom, grandma, aunt, friend will be missed by all but will always be remembered for her love, generosity, humor and enjoyment of her family.
