

Janice attended high school in Minneapolis Minnesota and had many employment opportunities in serving the community.
A devoted mother, grandmother, sister, cousin, and friend. Janice cherished her family above all. She is survived by her daughter Melody Dukes, two grandchildren Skky Lewis and Kyier Dukes. Three sisters Germaine Lewis, Natasha Carter, Beanita Lewis. Brother Charles Lewis; Grandmother Margaret McCullough one niece Jasmine Caldwell, and a vast number of nephews, cousins, aunties and uncles.
Janice Lewis passed away peacefully at the age of 46 on April 19th, 2026 in Phoenix, AZ. She is preceded by her mother Karen Lewis Brooks; father Reginald McCullough; oldest daughter Simone Lewis; uncle Ernest McCullough; and grandparents Anita and Robert Lewis.
Janice’s life was defined by service to others. She loved helping anyone in need of shelter, clothing, shoes etc. she loved fashion, cooking, movies, and sleeping. She loved making people laugh and being the life of a party.
Janice Lewis leaves behind a legacy of compassion, resilience, kindness, an unending example of what it means to live life full of purpose, love, and joy. May her memory bring comfort to those who knew her as they carry forward.
