Janice Marie Smith, age 76, of Phoenix, passed away on Friday, July 14, 2017 in Scottsdale, Arizona. She was born on October 3, 1940 in Minot, ND. Janice worked as a Dental Hygienist and later in Insurance Claims. She was a faith filled woman who enjoyed taking walks and the music of Pink Floyd. She lived a clean, humble life. Janice is survived by her loving son, Aaron (Teresa) Smith; ex-husband and friend, Joseph Smith; two sisters; a brother; several nieces and nephews and many loving friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Martin and Erna Parizek. Memorial services will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday, August 1, 2017, at Shadow Mountain Mortuary, 2350 E.
