.Jason Michael Moore, 38, a Phoenix native, passed away on July 31 2017. He was born August 4, 1978. Jason was a software engineer for Spear Education. A wonderful father and son who was greatly loved and will be dearly missed forever. Survivors include his daughter, Harper; Parents, Jim and Susie Moore; Brother, Ryan Moore; sisters, Megan and Mehgan Moore; nephew, Steven Moore II and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Jason is preceded in death by his brother, Steven Moore and grandparents. A celebration of his life will be held on Saturday August 19, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Cross Roads United Methodist Church, 7901 N Central Avenue.
