MSgt. USAF/ANG Retired, 55, of Glendale, AZ passed away on May 2, 2010. He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Pamela Paschal; son John "JT" and daughter Jessica Paschal; siblings Jeri and Vern Estes, Judi and David Schlieter, Joyce and Earl Osborn and Pamela Vincent Paschal; 37 nieces and nephews; 30 great nieces and nephews. Jay was preceded in death by his parents Clarence and Ruth and brothers John and Jeff Paschal. Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, May 22, 2010, 10 A.M. at Phoenix Memorial Park. 200 W.
