Jeff was born July 7th, 1963 to Penelope & David Hayes in Deerborn, Michigan. After Jeff graduated from John F. Kennedy High School in 1981 he went on to build many beautiful commercial buildings and custom homes across Arizona & California. He always said while driving through Phoenix, "I built this town!".
He is survived by his son, Brandon Hayes, his daughter, Niki Fillmore, his mother, Penny Hayes, his brother, David Hayes, and his sister, Kim Scala.
In his last few years he enjoyed being a grandpa to his grandson, Carter Fillmore. He also enjoyed riding his motorcycle.
