He was born in Chihuahua, Mexico on December 25, 1975. Chuy had a passion for singing and spending time with his family.
Jesus was survived by his wife, Beatrice, along with his children; Isaac, Priscilla, Anthony, and Michelle. He was also survived by his father, Jose Salazar, and his siblings; Gary, Sergio, Armida, and Alma. Chuy was survived by a number of loving family members as well, which includes: Candy, Genesis, Ytzel, Nestor, Angelique, Messiah, Nicole, Melody, Ethan, & "Cuate Jesus."
A visitation for Chuy will be held Saturday, May 3, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Greer-Wilson Chapel, 5921 W. Thomas Rd., Phoenix, AZ 85033. A funeral service will occur Monday, May 5, 2025 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, 5921 W. Thomas Rd., Phoenix, AZ 85033. A graveside service will occur Monday, May 5, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at West Resthaven Park Cemetery, 6450 West Northern Ave., Glendale, AZ 85301.
