We met during your first pregnancy. You were a patient, and I a nurse practitioner. You and Lennie were such a pleasure. You did all the things we in health care asked you to do. I always smile when I remember planning your delivery around NASCAR! Ha!.
 I have always made it a policy, not to become involved with patients outside of the office. 
Then you returned for your second pregnancy. Again, such a pleasure to see you. We bonded.
I broke my own policy. We became friends. Good friends. I can't believe you are gone.
You are so young to leave us; and so loved. You touched many lives with your upbeat, positive personality.
Miss you sweet girl.

 I knew Lennie long before I got to know you but I knew from the start he had fallen hard for you when he introduced us.   You two were perfect for each other and it showed in your devotion to each other.  From the very beginning, you and I bonded over our Michigan roots. If that wasn’t enough, we share the same birth month.   I feel like I gained a sister when you married Lennie. And Jess and Megan are like my nieces. My kids know you as aunt Jill. My favorite memories are hanging out with you guys and the Marvins at Halloween, elk hunting, or 4th of July. Anytime with you, Lennie, and the girls was a good time. 
I will treasure your friendship always. You will always be in my heart. I will always be there for Lennie and the girls. Rest easy my friend, your girls will be well loved and will know how much their Mama was loved and how much she loved them. God speed Jill.

I am blessed to have known Jill my entire life. She became my earth sister and best friend this past year. We would spend hours on the phone almost every day. She is a beautiful soul and will be missed. Her memory will forever live on through her beautiful girls. Lennie, Jessie, Megan, you are all in my thoughts daily!
