Dina, I was so sorry to hear about Jim's illness and his passing. You and he will always have a special place in our hearts for your loving care of our children over the years in the church nursery. May God be with you and may the support of friends and family keep you steady and strong. God's blessings and care during this difficult time of grief. My sincerest condolences,

Our most sincere condolences to Dina, Leah, Brenda and their families. We so regret that we never got the chance to spend time with Jimmy once our families went separate ways from West Frankfort. May your wonderful memories of him help comfort you as time moves on. . Bill & Judy Lolli . . Janet DellaValle

I literally grew up in the Niana's kitchen - Brenda and I are lifelong friends - and Jimmy has been a part of my life since then. He was a wonderful, gentle man and I will miss him dearly. My love and prayers to Dina and all of Jimmy's family.

Jimmy will be greatly missed at his crossing station. I walked past Jimmy many times during the week over the course of 10+ years. He was a gentle caring man and I am a better person for having known him. My deepest condolences to his wife Dina and her wonderful family.
RIP dear pal.

I am very sorry to hear of Jim's crossing over. I did not know him that well, but I did know he believed in God and was not afraid to meet his maker.
I enjoyed talking to him while he was working as a crossing guard. He really enjoyed talking to the kids and helping them across the street. He also always had treats for my two dogs, and they loved that.
All his friends will miss him ,and always think about him when we pass that corner.
Rest in peace Jim, you earned it.
