John C McFarland was born April 5, 1936 and transitioned on September 20, 2013. John served in the Air Force. He loved and worked on vehicles his whole life mostly at Ford Dealerships and finally as a mechanic at APS until his retirement. John loved his family. His outreach was to help people down on their luck along life’s highway. He lived a life full of adventure and excitement. Rest in Peace. A visitation will be held from 5-8pm on Friday, September 27, 2013 at Phoenix Memorial Park & Mortuary, 200 W Beardsley Rd. The funeral service will be at 10am on Saturday, September 28 in the chapel at Phoenix Memorial Park & Mortuary. Burial with military honors will follow the chapel service.
