John Wagner, 90 of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away on September 29, 2011. He was born on June 26, 1921 in Philadelphia. He served in the U.S. Army Air Corp during WWII as a turret gunner on the B-17 bomber. He moved to Arizona with his wife in 1969. He was preceded in death by his wife of 68 years Dorothy-Lea (2010) and daughter Joan (2008). He is survived by sons John R. and Robert A. and daughter Nancy Lea, 9 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. He will be remembered for his kindness, wit, sense of humor and storytelling. He was loved by many and well be greatly missed by family and friends. A graveside service will be held at 10:30 A.M., Monday, October 24th at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N.
