Johnathan Joel Rosenlund

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Johnathan Joel Rosenlund age 44. Passed away August 3rd, 2025, in Phoenix Arizona. He left this earth to be in the hands of our Lord and Savior. He was born on July 30th, 1981, in Elko, Nevada the son of Debbie Rosenlund.

He always had a smile and laughter that would touch anyone’s heart, he touched many. Johnathan had a passion for Hot Rods and Low Riders. JJ/Jaybird loved the outdoors, his favorite place was riding over Success Loop in Ely, Nv enjoying the beauty and serenity he called home.

Jay was very talented, he was a master in steel work. It was a big accomplishment for him to Supervise a job and oversee many workers. All his crew he supervised looked up to him for his vast knowledge in the construction of modern day buildings.

He is survived by his mother Debbie Lynn Rosenlund, son Seth Rosenlund, daughter Brianna Rosenlund, His companion Asalia Arroyo, daughter Leyla Avila, numerous Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.

Preceded in death his father Randy, Grandparents, Aunt Cherry Knight, Cousin Brandon and Gwendolyn Kelly.

You will forever be missed until we meet again. Love you our J Bird, fly high with the Angels.
