Visitation will be held 4:00pm, Saturday, February 20, 2016 at Greenwood Memory Lawn Mortuary - Serenity Chapel, 719 N. 27th Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona 85009. Funeral Services will be held 10:00am, Sunday, February 21, 2016 also at Greenwood Memory Lawn Mortuary - Serenity Chapel. Interment will immediately follow at Greenwood Memory Lawn Cemetery.
