

He was born on July 9, 1956, in Sacramento, California.
He married the love of his life, Rosa, in Peoria, AZ. Joe worked as a truck driver for the city of Phoenix for more than 15 years.
Those who knew Joseph will remember a man shaped by perseverance and responsibility. He carried himself with quiet strength—reliable to his commitments and consistent in the care he showed to others.
Joseph’s faith was a guiding presence throughout his life. He found comfort and direction in reading his bible, enjoying it with a hot cup of coffee. Music also held an important place in his life.
He is survived by his wife Rosa Dominguez, children Joseph Vasquez, Valerie Palma, Veronica Garza, Joe Dominguez and Caleb Dominquez.
Also left to mourn are his grandchildren Joseph Vasquez, Jr., Jacob Vasquez, Damonic Lopez, Analisa Lopez, Vanessa Palma, Servando Palma, Kendall Palma and Robert Garza and 7 great grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held on Thursday, September 10, 2026 from 4-7 PM at Funeraria del Angel, Greer Wilson Chapel, 5921 W. Thomas Road, Phoenix, AZ.
