Joseph "Joe" Wayne Koslowsky

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Joseph "Joe" Wayne Koslowsky, 43 of Phoenix, Arizona. Joe was born in Brockton, Massachusetts on February 7, 1980 and passed away on November 11, 2023. Joe graduated from Barry Goldwater High School, class of 1999.

He is survived by his mother, Doris Mary Koslowsky; his father Wayne Wilfred Koslowsky (Jaqueline and Lindsay DeSantis); and his sister LeeAnn Marie Koslowsky.

His most recent professional endeavor was a Loss Prevention Officer across the greater Phoenix area. He held many supervisory roles through the years where he mentored and made a difference for many. Joe will be remembered for his love of Hank Williams Jr., the Boston Red Sox, Boston Celtic’s, Boston Bruin's, and how he was always a loyal Detroit Lions fan. Joe will be missed by his many aunts, uncles, cousins, and the many friends and acquaintances that crossed his path through the years.

A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, December 2, 2023 at 10:00 am at Phoenix Memorial Park & Mortuary, 200 W. Beardsley Road, Phoenix, AZ 85027.
