A visitation will be held Thursday, January 5, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Greenwood Memory Lawn Mortuary, 719 North 27th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85009. There will be a rosary at 6 PM. A funeral mass will occur Friday, January 6, 2023 at 10:30 AM at St. Mark's Catholic Church, 400 N. 30th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85008.
Juan will be laid to rest in Greenwood Memory Lawn Cemetery, 2300 West Van Buren Street, Phoenix, AZ 85009.
