Juanita Diaz Moreno

A visitation for Juanita will be held Wednesday, February 14, 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at West Phoenix Apostolic Church, 2526 N. 36th Ave., Phoenix, Arizona 85009. The funeral service will occur following the visitation at 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM. Following the funeral service Juanita will be laid to rest at West Resthaven Cemetery, 6450 W. Northern Ave. Glendale, Arizona 85301. The family invites everyone to a reception at the church following the burial.

We light this candle that your light will always shine. We cherish the special place in our hearts that will always be reserved for you. We thank you for the gift your living brought to each of us. We remember you.
