Judy Louise Cardinal-Butts

Judy was a strong willed and good hearted Christian woman. She spent over half of her life as a nursing assistant, caring for others. She also frequently worked as a volunteer in youth ministries and other areas where the Lord called her to. She had many passions, talents, and hobbies, but she loved noting more than the Lord.

Judy is preceded in death by her parents Mike and Lillian Boylan, her brother Mike Boylan, her sister Shirley Coulter, and her son Gary Cardinal II.

She is survived by her husband Melvin Butts, her son Matthew Cardinal, grandchildren Rhianna Spears, Caitlin Cardinal, and Christopher Cardinal, nieces Vivian Spears, Lillian Keifer, and Kathy Gutierrez, nephew Thor Emblem, and many other nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

A memorial and celebration of life service will be held Friday, September 6, 2013 at 1:00 pm in the chapel at Calvary Community Church (Phoenix : Central Campus). The Cardinal and Butts families welcome friends, brothers and sisters in Christ, and anyone who wishes to pay final respects to attend.
