Hazel Cook the 8th child of 10, born July 11, 1921 to Bert and Vergie Cook, in Newport Arkansas went to be with her Savior on Monday Oct. 17, 2011. She was preceded in death by seven brothers and one sister. She is survived by her sister Dorothy Wilcher who resides in Calif. The Cook family moved to Casa Grande AZ in 1938 where she married Alvie Fincher and became the mother of 5 children, Dorothy Chanenay (Jack), Joyce Scott (deceased) Leon Fincher (deceased), (Linda) LaVerne Wolfe (Lloyd), Alvie Gene Fincher (Janet). 23 Grand Children, 49 Great Grand Children and 10 Great Great Grand Children. Later married Frank Foley, until his death in 1984. Married to Melvin Davies until his death in 2008. Hazel worked in many retail stores in the Phoenix area until she retired at the age of 72. She resided in the Phoenix area until her death. Services will be held at Greenwood Memory Lawn 1:00 PM Oct. 20, 2011
