He was born on September 19, 1950 in El Paso, Texas. Julian was one of fifteen children born to the late Julian and Magalena Holguin.
Julian is survived by his son Octavius, two sisters Geneve and Sara, brother Robert, eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a daughter Julia Holguin and two sons Anthony and Eddy Holguin.
Funeral services celebrating Julian life will be held on Friday, November 9, 2018.
