Kelly Lynne Fischer

Kelly Lynne Fischer from Phoenix Az. beloved wife, mother and grandmother passed away unexpectedly Thursday April 13, 2023. She is survived by her husband Stephen, sons Richard, his wife Leigh Anne and Michael, and grandchildren Caleigh Anne, Phillip, Devin and Nathan.

Kelly was born in Hershey Pennsylvania and moved to California for a short period. Her family then settled in Arizona.

Kelly always strove for excellence in everything she did. She achieved her real estate license and shortly after earned her broker’s license. When real estate lost its luster Kelly turned her attention to the world of Scuba. She opened Phoenix Scuba and quickly rose through the instructor ranks until she had achieved the level of course director, the highest level that can be achieved. She later wanted more of a challenge and changed training agencies, and just as quickly achieved the rating of instructor trainer.

Kelly truly loved her family, as well as her extended scuba family. She was one of a kind and will be sorely missed by everyone who knew or met her.
