Kenneth Roy Millsap, Sr., 69, was born on September 10, 1944 in Harvey, Illinois to Eileen and Gib Millsap. He passed away in Phoenix, Arizona on April 9, 2014. Ken is survived by his wife, Rebecca, daughters Lisa Robinson (Michael) and Teresa Millsap and son Kenneth Jr. (Heather MacPherson), his sister Kathleen Millsap, his brothers Robert Millsap (Connie) and Ronald Millsap (Carol), numerous nieces and nephews and many loyal friends, especially James Brown. He is preceeded in death by his parents, Eileen and Gib Millsap, his sister Patricia Nigro and brothers James and Gerald. A visitation willl be held at Shadow Mountain Mortuary, 2350 E. Greenway Road, Phoenix on Thursday, April 17, 2014 from 9:30 to 11:30 A.M., followed by a graveside burial at the National Memorial Cemetery, 23029 N. Cave Creek Road, Phoenix.
