Kevin “Cosbo” Scott Carrillo, 43 of Phoenix, Arizona went to be with the Lord on October 25, 2013. He always liked to laugh and had a great sense of humor. He enjoyed sports and watched them regularly. He loved spending time with his sons. He will be missed. Kevin is survived by his loving parents Richard and Pat, sons K.J. (17), Ethan (13), Elijah (10), siblings Richard Carrillo Jr., Gary Carrillo, Renee Perez, Lisa Carrillo, and many nephews and nieces who all loved him dearly. A memorial service will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, November 2, 2013 at Calvary Chapel Central, 2831 W. Glendale Ave. Phoenix, Arizona.
