Kimberly Denise Lewis, age 43, of Phoenix, Arizona passed away on Saturday, August 28, 2021. Kimberly was born June 19, 1978.
A visitation for Kimberly will be held Friday, September 24, 2021 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services – Maryvale, 6901 West Indian School Road, Phoenix, AZ 85033, followed by a funeral service from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
