She was born in Kwangtung, Guangdong province, China and was the daughter of father Tam Yin-Yuen and mother Tse Yung-Sui. Linda immigrated to Arizona in 1963 and married Stephen Sing in Hong Kong August 9th, 1962.
Linda had a long career in the food service industry eventually opening her own restaurant. Linda had a zest for life and friends spending many lunches, dinners, and visits together and occasional outings and vacations. She was also devoted to her sons, was an avid cook specializing in cuisine authentic to her upbringing, and liked to stay active. She was an avid gardener growing and cooking a variety of Chinese vegetables and offering her dishes to friends and neighbors. She also had a love for colorful flowers and hummingbirds.
Linda will be remembered as a loving mother, good friend, and a person who enjoyed time with friends. Viewing will begin 10 am and Funeral Services will follow at 11 am at Greenwood Memory Lawn Mortuary, 719 N. 27th Ave on Saturday February 25, 2023.
