A funeral service for Liubov will be held Thursday, August 24, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM at Happy Valley Romanian Pentecostal Church, 25435 N 13th Ave., Phoenix, AZ 85085. Following the funeral service will be a graveside service from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Phoenix Memorial Park and Mortuary, 200 West Beardsley Road, Phoenix, AZ 85027.
