Marcia Lynn Wiley

Marcia Lynn Wiley was born Marcia Lynn Green in Elmhurst, Illinois on November 7, 1954 to John Lambert Green and Vera Marie Green. The family moved to Whittier, California where she graduated from La Serna High School in 1972. After completing a master’s degree in Education, she spent her last several years living her dream as an elementary school teacher for various schools around the Phoenix area. Marcia was a very sweet, caring, loving woman who wasn’t able to hold a grudge, even if she tried. Staying in touch with friends and family was always very important to her.

She is survived by her two daughters, Cinera Tyler and Shauntia Stevens; the light of her life were her three grandchildren, Blake, Hunter, and Sailor; her three sisters, Judith, Maggie, and Sue, and her wonderful boyfriend Mark along with aunts, nieces and nephews, cousins, and in-laws that she cared for dearly. She is preceded by her husband, Mike Wiley; parents Vera & John Green; and brothers, John & Richard Green.

There will be no services held at this time. A memorial will be planned in the coming months, but the family will keep everyone informed. Marcia will be deeply missed.
