Margaret Steinly

Parents Annie Dalrymple Seyferth and George E. Seyferth.

Predeceased by her husband, Vern; sisters Janet, Mary, Annie brother George; brothers in laws Jim (Brownell), and Daniel (Williams).

Survived by brother-in-law Richard (Mary) Cane, stepdaughter Daphne Dean, nephews Kevin and Gary. Nieces Terry, Valerie and Trisha. Special friend to Trish and her husband, who were neighbors for many years and surprise after retirement. Also, special friend of Rebecca for over 15 years.

Margaret graduated from Michigan State University with a bachelor's degree and subsequently taught first grade for over 40 years. She enjoyed teaching! After getting her degree, she taught for few years in Okinawa during the Korean conflict, after which she came back home to Michigan, and found her way to California where she met the love of her life, Vern. After Vern retired from the Marines, they moved to be with her family in Arizona where she finished teaching after 40 years.

She loved traveling and spending time with her extended family. She will be greatly missed by Ladybug 🐞.
