Maria Patrocinio De León de Nava

Maria Patrocinio De Leon de Nava, a loving daughter, wife, mother and grandmother lived life on her terms, traveler and helper of others. Full of joy and grace dedicated to her by Wilson Elementary School "unselfish and outstanding devotion to the children" and everyone that crossed her path encouraged to be a Good Samaritan and citizen. Maria Patrocinio De Leon de Nava, 80 years old, made Phoenix her home for the past 45 years, died January 11, 2014. Surrounded by her loving family and friends. She was born in Mexico, December 23, 1933. Survivors include her children Arcelia, Silvia, Consuelo, Gabriela (Marco A. Rodriquez) y Marcelino (Alina Nava). Grandchildren include: Carlos (Niño de Oro), Marco A. II (Chatito), Gabrielita (Girl), Clarissa, Yvette, Melissa and Emma; Great Grandchildren: Matthew(Mateo), Alejandra (Maya) Baby Jimmy, Audrey, Leilani, Joey, Trinity, and Andre (Gabriel). She was grateful in knowing Big Jimmy, Steven, Jason, and Becky would take care of her granddaughters and grandson, and Coach Lopez would take care of her daughter Connie. Survived by siblings; Maclovia de Leon, Honorio de Leon, Antonia Aranda and Manuel de Leon, Jose Nava, Miguel Nava, Lorenzo Nava, Eliseo Nava, and Luis Nava. If someone was forgotten or left out please forgive us, you are not forgotten in her heart. Greatly loved and missed by nieces, nephews, close friends and coworkers. Services are as follows: Viewing Friday 1/17/14 from 4 to 7 pm @ Greenwood Cemetery located at 719 N 27th Ave, Phx. AZ; Religious services Saturday 1/18/14 @ 10 am San Frances Xavier located at 4715 N Central Ave, Phoenix, AZ. May she rest in peace as she joins Marcelino Nava Sr., Fidel de Leon, Juanita Lopez, Julio de Leon, Agustin Miramontes, and Aurelio de Leon.Donations to Hospice of the Valley can be made in her name.
