Mattie Ann Kay, 90, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away on January 7, 2016. A funeral service will be held at 10:30AM, Thursday, January 14th at Shadow Mountain Mortuary, 2350 E. Greenway Rd. Following the service, interment will be held at Holy Redeemer Catholic Cemetery, 23015 N. Cave Creek Rd.
